What we do
What Causes E48-32?
E48-32 appears when the decoder loses signal from the dish. Common causes are a misaligned dish, a faulty LNB, water in the connectors, a damaged cable or a loose connection behind the decoder.
Our technicians test every point in the signal path with a meter, repair or replace the faulty part and confirm full signal strength before we leave.
