Two rooms, one account
Extra View Installation and E143 Repairs
Set up Extra View properly and fix the E143 'not authorised' error that stops your second decoder.
What we do
Extra View Done Right
Extra View lets you watch different channels on two decoders using one DStv subscription. We run the cabling, fit the right LNB and link the decoders so they work together.
The E143 error usually appears when the decoders lose their link or are too far apart on the network. We diagnose the connection, re-link the decoders and get both TVs working again.
